One tag format — the small fold tag, like the gold-shop tag in your photo. Front: QR + product ID. Back: name + price. Fold at the loop and hang it on the jewellery.

shop / digital studio — ask for A4 sticker paper, print at 100% scale,
cut along each strip, fold at the centre loop and thread it through the jewellery.
Strip: 100 × 15mm — front head 44mm + loop 12mm (5mm tall) + back head 44mm.
Both halves print straight — nothing upside-down. There is no separate
front/back printing: one flat strip carries both sides.
FRONT (left head): QR alone in the corner, top to bottom — clear of the fold, so it
never gets cut or bent — product ID + Ayyappa Fancy in the column after it.
BACK (right head): product name + price, Ayyappa Fancy on the bottom line
again. The name is fitted inside its own half only — it never crosses the loop.
